DentalGloss™ is All Natural Ingredients:
Glycerin — plant-derived and helps hydrate your mouth while gliding smoothly across your teeth to help reduce biofilm buildup.
Purified water
Xylitol — Xylitol increases salivary flow and pH, reducing the number of cariogenic (strep. mutans) and periodontopathic (Helicobacter pylori) bacteria, biofilm plaque levels, xerostomia (dry mouth), gingival irritation and erosion of teeth.
L-arginine — a naturally occurring amino acid that raises the pH in the mouth and helps contra-act the harmful pH lowering effects of our modern day diets. Humectant- moisturizing the mouth. It may play an oral microbiome support function.
Taurine: A smart finishing ingredient designed to condition and support the oral environment especially after cleansing with HOCL. A naturally occuring coumpound found in saliva and oral tissues that helps support cellular hydration and membrane stability as well as natural antioxidant and redox-balancing systems, creating a soothing, tissue-friendly oral environment.
Theobromine: oral and enamel supporting properties a little different than fluoride or hydroxyapatite that make the surface more resistant to acid-related mineral loss. It is a natural ingredient found in chocolate beans and complements saliva's natural role in maintaining the mouth's mineral balance and protective environment. Adds another layer of support to DentalGloss™ after cleansing to conditioning and protecting the oral environment.
Betaine: A naturally occuring compound found in beets that helps maintain hydration and water balance, supporting oral tissues in dry and challenging conditions.
Caffeine (trace): Not there for the buzz- trace amounts which are less that 1/100th what is found in beverages is included for it's antioxidant and oral conditioning potential- not as a stimulant. It complements the formula's other plant derived biology- inspired ingredients while supporting our approach to whole-mouth conditioning and cleansing. Think bioactive- not energy drops.
Essential oils : citrus and spearmint essential oils give a naturally fresh finish and yummy taste while being naturally & gently cleansing.
Sunflower Lethicin: a plant-derived source of phospholipids- the same family of molecules found in cell membranes. Conditions, lubricates and helps to retain moisture- allowing a glossy mouth feel.
